Shuttle Route Optimization
Shuttle routes were ordering cars based on old assumptions, not actual load. Nobody knew which lines were over capacity and which were empty, leading to unnecessary transport costs.
Built an interactive dashboard using Leaflet.js maps. It geocodes employee addresses from raw CSV files (detecting English, Russian, and Hebrew via Nominatim), matches them to routes, and shows exact per-shift headcount. Failed geocodes can be corrected manually via a coordinate picker.
Transport decisions became data-driven. The tool is used to verify route relevance, right-size vehicles based on actual load, and cut unnecessary fleet costs.
Logistics Reporting Automation
Processing weekly transportation data took 6+ hours of manual work: cross-referencing timecards, building shift schedules, generating transporter orders, and reconciling monthly invoices.
Created a suite of VBA macros and smart Excel templates. A single raw timecard export now automatically populates shift schedules, transporter email orders, compliance reports, and invoice reconciliation summaries.
Processing time dropped from 6 hours to under 20 minutes per week. Copy-paste errors were completely eliminated, and one dataset now feeds five downstream reports.
Biohacksly — Rapid Habit Tracker MVP
Building a full-featured mobile app just to test a new habit-tracking idea takes too much time and development effort.
Used Google Sheets as a quick mobile interface for daily entry. Built a custom Google Apps Script to send tracking data directly to a Node.js backend and MongoDB database for storage and analysis.
Launched a working tool in days instead of months. Proved that spreadsheets can act as a simple frontend while keeping data organized in a real database.
